About
Product · Go-to-market · Commercial Strategy

I'm a Product Manager at IBM, managing an enterprise services portfolio that crossed $212M last year.

Product, go-to-market, and commercial architecture are usually three separate jobs. I treat them as one. I tier services so they expand without breaking, write the contract language that holds up through legal, and build the pricing guardrails sellers reach for when a deal is on the line.

Three things I'm proud of
01 — Portfolio strategy

Tiering a $200M portfolio without breaking it

The portfolio had internally-competing product lines and flat pricing that left money on the table. I rebuilt it as a modular, tiered value proposition, consolidating overlapping offers, opening entry and mid-market tiers, and adding an add-on framework so accounts could grow without a new sale.

The result wasn't just more revenue. It enabled sellers with more options and more flexible to meet more customers' needs.

02 — Net-new offering

Building a $1M-floor offering from a blank page

Delivered a brand-new enterprise tier with a $1M minimum ACV focused on Fortune 500 accounts across finance, telecom, logistics, and healthcare. Backed by targeted sales plays and pitch assets that map product value to each buyer's priorities.

03 — Side project

Spotted the gap. Built the product. Shipped it solo.

Small businesses live and die by their online reputation, but the review management tools on the market are either enterprise-priced or barely functional. I built earn5stars to fill that gap, a full-featured SaaS that handles the entire review workflow without the bloat.

Stripe-powered subscriptions, with authentication and data, LLM and Google Maps/Places APIs, and automated customer outreach. Reputation management on autopilot.
